Couture dress – working on bodice

I have managed to pin all organza pattern pieces of my couture dress bodice (based on Vogue dress 8648) to the fashion fabric.

Now the next step is to baste all together following the stitch lines. I don’t have a silk threads to do this as advised in the Online Couture Dress Class  Susan Khalje.
I will user what I have – next time I will make sure I have a silk thread home.
