The Marfy dress pattern 3069 – A or B?

I decided to make the Marfy dress in two colours – only version A or B?

Marf y Dress 3096, Colour combination, Marfy pattern, dress, muslin

My muslin is ready and is almost the time to cut the dress from the fabric.

Personally I prefer option B – such colours combination not only looks better but fits better my figure as well.

Let’s try the muslin 🙂

I love A, but you’re the one wearing it. I’m big busted and feel A might minimize the bust more.
If B is your favorite, I say go with what you’re comfortable with. It will be lovely either way.

    • Dzieki! Ja tez sklaniam sie bardziej ku wersji B – z tej kolorowej, wzorzystej tkaniny uszyje inna sukienke. Ach te figury … 🙂

Yep, I’d go for option B as well! So lovely to have stumbled across your blog – I got an email from Marfy the other day saying this pattern has been their most popular in this year’s release! I can very much see why and am looking forward to seeing it finished on you 🙂

    • Welcome! I think now majority is for B 🙂
I love Marfy – I have got the same e-mail 😉 – and together with the new website I just could not resits.
The dress you are making is fabulous. I am looking forward to see the final result!
I think I will make more garments from the Marfy patterns …

Nice dress pattern. Looking forward to seeing it made up.

    A! A! A!
Just so we’re clear, my vote is for A. =) Then again, B is kinda nice. Hmm….let’s go with C.

    • 😀 that’s exactly what I am dealing with – every time I look at these combinations I have different opinion…. I will go for C 😀

    • Lynn says:

I should have prefaced my comment with the statement: “The following comment will be of NO help!” =) I’ll continue to follow your progress. I’m sure what you decide will be great.

    • 😀 Your cemment is of a great help! I think I should aks everyone the next qustion – why do you think this option is better? Which would makes thinkgs even more complicated – 🙂

  6. prttynpnk says:

I love A- you know I’m a gaudy girl- the solid at the top just feels right!

    • It’s getting even more difficult…. I can agree with you… however with my body type putting more accent on top would work better… difficult…

  7. Mary says:

I think I like A better too – I think a block color would look great with that design for the top 🙂

  8. grtescp says:

i think I prefer B, but A is more summery – I guess it depends when you are going to wear the dress – day or night? B would probably be more long-term wearable?

  9. becki says:

Love the colors together. I think that the print is such a nice summer color, I like A better.
I can’t wait to see what you choose.
